Information you share

When you send a modeling enquiry, we receive the name, email address, company, client type, selected website language, project description and any reference links, timeline or optional services you provide. Please share only information you are authorized to disclose. Guest lists and sensitive personal information are not required for a modeling quote.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your project, prepare a scope and maintain the associated business correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in our website database, with access limited to authorized operators. Our website hosting, database and file storage providers process information needed to operate these services. We do not sell enquiry information.

Project references and client materials

A reference link you submit is used to assess your project. It is not automatically published. Client materials and models are not added to the public portfolio without the appropriate permission. Additional software services involving guest information require a separately agreed data scope.

Retention and your requests

We retain information while it is needed to respond to the enquiry, manage an agreed project and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your enquiry; we may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources, countries or regions, device types and loading performance so we can improve this website. This analytics service does not use cookies or local storage, fingerprint visitors or track them across websites. Our analytics integration does not send enquiry form content, contact details or client reference materials.

Cookies and access

The public website does not require a visitor account. The administration area uses authentication and related security mechanisms. Essential service logs may be processed for operation and security.
